Notice of Data Event

On February 25, 2025, Tri State Paving learned of suspicious activity within certain email accounts. An investigation determined that an unauthorized individual accessed accounts between December 30, 2024 and February 25, 2025. On September 4, 2025, we finalized a review of the data and identified that information for some individuals may have been impacted. To date, there is no evidence of fraudulent use of data from this event.

What Information Was Involved

The information potentially impacted may include name and one or more of the following:

  • Date of birth
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license or state ID number
  • Account or routing number
  • Payment card number and expiration date
  • Medical information
  • Taxpayer identification number

What We Are Doing

We secured the affected accounts and are offering complimentary credit monitoring to impacted individuals.
